Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I book a session?

Booking is simple. Choose your preferred collection, select an available date and time, go through our booking policy & then pay a 50% booking retainer to secure your session. Your booking is confirmed once the retainer has been received.

2. Is the booking retainer refundable?

The booking retainer is non-refundable as it reserves your session exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate you based on our rescheduling policy.

3. Can I reschedule my session?

Yes. One complimentary reschedule is available if requested at least 48 hours before your session (for bookings made more than three days in advance). Requests made within 48 hours may incur a KES 1,500 rescheduling fee and are subject to availability.

4.How long does it take to receive my photos?

Edited images are delivered within 3–5 business days after you've selected your favourites. Need them sooner? Priority next-day editing is available for an additional fee of Ksh 300 per photo.

5. How many photos will I receive?

Each package includes a specific number of professionally edited images. You'll have the opportunity to purchase additional edited or unedited images if you'd like more than what's included.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. We welcome your ideas and encourage you to share any inspiration, poses or must have shots before or during your session. Whether you have a Pinterest board, Instagram references or a specific vision in mind, we'll incorporate them where possible while using our creative direction and expertise to ensure the final result feels authentic and consitent with our signature style.

7. Can I purchase extra photos?

Absolutely.

Additional edited images: KES 500 each

Additional unedited images: KES 250 each

8.Do you provide makeup services?

Yes. Professional in-house makeup is available as an add-on to your session and can be selected during booking.

9. How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session. If you've booked our makeup service, we recommend arriving 1hour 30min  before your sessioon.

10. What if I arrive late?

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival will reduce your shooting time. Session extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa and bank transfers. The remaining balance is due before your final images are delivered.
